Coffee, Coffee & more Coffee
Our coffee journey started humbly — with a small consumer grinder and a single espresso machine. It was a great beginning that allowed us to focus on what mattered most: selecting high-quality beans and perfecting our flavour. But as demand grew, so did the need to up our game. So when we had the chance to buy a used dual-head professional barista machine, we jumped at it. It was a big investment at the time, but it’s paid off tenfold — and our regulars will tell you, the coffee’s better than ever. We work directly with Corban Coffee, a local roaster in Sevenoaks using fine beans and roasting them fresh every week. The coffee is then lovingly laced with the amazing Jersey milk, supplied by the Chiddingstone dairy. The coffee experience is always superior and you can have confidence knowing that your cup was crafted from local businesses who care.
